Fabricator/Factory Operative – Witham
Temp to Perm | £12.21 per hour (opportunity to increase once permanent)

We are recruiting Window Fabricators to join a busy and growing manufacturing team in Witham. Previous window industry experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with transferable skills from manufacturing or fabrication environments.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.30pm
Friday 6am to 2pm
45 minutes total break per day

The Role:

Assist in the manufacture and assembly of products

Operate machinery safely

Work to quality and efficiency targets

Support different areas of production as needed
